TradeNour

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 June 2026

This policy explains what personal data Tradenour collects, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and the rights you have over it. We collect as little as we can to run the service.

Who we are

TradeNour (“we”, “us”) operates the website at tradenour.com and the screening tools available through it. TradeNour is operated by Tayyab Ejaz Mushtaq, an individual based in Spain. TradeNour is currently offered free of charge and is not registered as a business entity (autónomo or company) in Spain. The data controller is Tayyab Ejaz Mushtaq, contactable at [email protected]. This policy is governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights under the law of your country of residence within the EU.

Data we collect

We only collect data that is necessary to run the service:

  • Account data — the email address you sign up with, and authentication metadata (sign-in timestamps, session tokens) managed by our authentication provider.
  • Usage and analytics data — anonymised or pseudonymised information about how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type), via Google Analytics.
  • Diagnostic data — technical error reports captured when something breaks, so we can fix it, via our error-monitoring provider.
  • Cookies and local storage — strictly necessary items used to keep you signed in, plus analytics cookies as described below.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not collect payment-card details — billing is not yet enabled while Tradenour is free during its beta.

How we use your data

  • To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
  • To send you essential service emails (for example, sign-in links, password resets, and invitations).
  • To understand how the product is used so we can improve it.
  • To detect, diagnose, and fix errors and abuse.

Processors we rely on

We share data only with the service providers that help us run Tradenour, each bound to handle it on our instructions:

  • Supabase — authentication and account storage.
  • Google Analytics — privacy-conscious usage analytics.
  • Sentry — error and performance monitoring.
  • Resend — delivery of transactional emails.
  • Cloudflare and DigitalOcean — content delivery and hosting.
  • CoinGecko — market data only; we send no personal data to it.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep your session active, and analytics cookies to measure usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so may sign you out or limit some functionality.

Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data except where we are required to retain it by law. Analytics and diagnostic data are retained only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use of Tradenour after a change means you accept the updated policy. See also our Terms of Service.
