Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms to use Tradenour. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use.

The service is in beta

Tradenour is currently in beta and free to use. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and some features that are free today may later require a paid subscription. We will give reasonable notice before introducing charges, and using a paid feature will always be your choice. Beta features may be incomplete or change without notice.

Acceptable use

When using Tradenour, you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract the gated market data, or attempt to access it by automated means or without an authorised account.
• Resell, redistribute, or republish Tradenour data as your own product or feed.
• Probe, attack, overload, or attempt to bypass the security or access controls of the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

Tradenour provides market data and analytics for informational purposes only. Nothing on the platform is financial, investment, or trading advice, and all trading decisions are your own. Please read our full Financial Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

Tradenour, its name, design, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. Underlying market data remains the property of its respective providers, including CoinGecko.

Third-party data

Market data is sourced from third parties and provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability, and we are not responsible for the acts or content of any third-party provider or linked site.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of Tradenour.

Termination

You may stop using Tradenour and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability terms — will continue to apply.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above shows when. Material changes will be notified by reasonable means, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights under the law of your country of residence within the EU. TradeNour is operated by Tayyab Ejaz Mushtaq, an individual based in Spain. TradeNour is currently offered free of charge and is not registered as a business entity (autónomo or company) in Spain.
